How It Works:
Review the option of packages offered, decide which services you would like and submit the total amount of cost, plus tax to JL PILLAR by Venmo or PayPal or by check. Once your payment has been received, we will start your services right away.
Stone care is the one item we need to do a one-time initial assessment and determine if that stone will need extra care and time to complete stone cleaning to the best of our ability. It may be fragile, or the current temperature may not allow certain cleaning, and it may be unable to be attended to at that time, and the condition of it is important to us. We will include this in our Basic Site Care Services Plan, however, do suggest getting stone care completed so we will be able to maintain it to its best potential. We will notify you if we feel there is additional attention needed to stones or markers enrolled with our service.

Basic Site Care Services Plan
- Monthly, $22.00, plus tax, due month prior to services starting, for 6 months
- 6 Months (November - May 2025)
- Stone Cleaning* - current product using for this service is "WET&FORGET" stain remover when needed
- Trimming, edging and weeding around stone
- Removal of site debris, seeding if needed
- Watering for flowers
- All purpose fertilizer applied
- Photograph provided monthly, email or text only
Special Occasion Arrangements:
- Monthly, N/A, 2024 - May 2025 prices ~ Total for 4 arrangements $162.00, plus tax
- 4 occasions included (Easter, Summer, Fall and Christmas)
- Christmas Wreaths for Cemeteries - Easel stand with wreath ~ $39.95, plus tax
- Easter/Spring Arrangement with easel stand ~ $37.00, plus tax
- Summer ~ Planted arrangements in customer owned pot and stands ~ $53.00, plus tax
Complete Cemetery Site Care Services Plan:
$32 a month or $334 per year ( reflecting 50$ saving per year if billed annually) - plus tax

~ JL PILLAR will store pots and stands for you and keep these maintained* with Complete Site Care Services Plan, this is your best value, with a 50% savings on Basic Site Care Services on months with Special Occasions, storing of supplies, and restoration to the best of our ability, of pots and stands. *If you need planter pots or stands, JL PILLAR can get these for you at current market prices, we work with a few different vendors for these and have great prices that are often less than retailers, please ask us for more information.
Additional Pricing Information
We will do a free evaluation estimate with the initial site maintenance. After the initial cleaning, the standard maintenance fee will apply. Initial fee may range from $0 and up ($0 if no extra maintenance is needed (moss/lichen removal, excessive weed and brush clearing, stone stains) Please note, we will do this to the best of our ability
*Planter pots and Stands are currently available for purchase as of June 2024 prices for a standard stand is $45.00 and purchase of a traditional clay palm planter pot is $40.00. This is a one-time purchase, and we will store them for you and re-use these for future seasons. As stands age they can benefit from touch up painting with Rustoleum and pots get cleaned prior to potting in the spring.
